About the role#
We are looking for a Product Intern to join our team. You will help validate new product features, identify bugs, and contribute to our product experience across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will work alongside product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure our releases are reliable and user-friendly.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain internal documentation and runbooks for orders and issuing flows, including incident playbooks and release notes.
- Test new features and integrations. You will reproduce and document bugs, usability issues, and edge cases.
- Monitor operational metrics and dashboards. You will build alerts and investigate anomalies to recommend mitigations.
- Triage support tickets to identify patterns and surface priority issues to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Research fintech trends and competitors. You will synthesize these findings into reports that inform our roadmap and prioritization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ad-hoc projects like A/B tests or process automation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 4.2.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Curiosity regarding SQL is a plus.
- A genuine interest in product development, user experience, and the reasoning behind product decisions.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical issues and feedback to cross-functional partners.

- This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
- The role is paid at 700 USD monthly gross.
- This is a rolling internship.
