About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April 2027. You will join the Corporate Real Estate team as a Facilities Coordinator. This role is fully on-site in Montreal. You will support the team with general building services, facilities requests, and office moves.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Facilities Manager with day-to-day building management.
- Ensure all work requests are completed.
- Conduct building condition reviews.
- Update floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Attend strategy and project meetings for construction projects and major initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Corporate Real Estate groups and internal business units on specific projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrolment in a Facilities Management or Design program.
- Fluency in both French and English, in both oral and written forms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Must be able to obtain Reliability Status Clearance, which includes a credit check and a law enforcement inquiry.
