About the role#
As a Quality Engineering intern, you will join one of our specialized teams to support the development and maintenance of medical technologies. You will apply your academic background to real-world engineering challenges, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure our products meet high standards for safety, reliability, and performance.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to engineering projects in an industry setting.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Work with suppliers to ensure components and manufacturing processes meet required standards.
- Evaluate product risk and help drive craftsmanship, safety, and durability into our designs.
- Document complex processes and present your findings in a clear format.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and sustainment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
