About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Clinical Affairs internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Mahwah, New Jersey, gaining hands-on experience in clinical research programs within the medical equipment manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate across departments, including R&D Engineering and Regulatory Affairs.
- Conduct clinical intelligence activities to build a deep understanding of treatment options.
- Join Clinical Research Associates to monitor clinical data at investigative sites.
- Write literature review summaries to evaluate clinical outcomes from recent trials.
- Shadow team meetings to observe the collaborative development process for clinical trials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or Biology.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
