About the role#
The Arthrex Clinical Research team is looking for a graduate-level student to support project and operational tasks during the summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience with clinical research processes, study management, and data quality initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Naples, Florida, running from May 2027 through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support scientific publication activities, such as literature reviews, manuscript development, and tracking.
- Assist with clinical study management, including documentation, project tracking, and meeting coordination.
- Monitor study progress and help review project deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate with investigators, research sites, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement research processes and departmental guidelines.
- Prepare summaries, reports, presentations, and scientific updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support research operations and special initiatives as needed.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree and current enrollment in a Master’s program (recent graduates within six months of their graduation date are eligible).
- Strong writing skills, with a preference for experience in scientific or grant writing.
- Experience with clinical or biomedical research, literature reviews, and publications is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and produce rigorous, clear deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to build trust within teams.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
