About the role#
As a Rep Education Operations Analyst Intern, you will support the Rep Education team with administrative tasks, process workflows, and data-focused assignments. You will work under the guidance of team members to follow established procedures, track progress, and communicate updates. This role includes completing a defined project focused on operational improvement or a specific team need.
What you'll do#
- Manage low- to medium-effort tickets by documenting status and performing follow-ups.
- Support the instructor request workflow through tracking and documentation.
- Audit assigned dashboards to identify data quality issues or recurring patterns.
- Handle supply and workbook orders, including record keeping and status monitoring.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including calendar invitations and save-the-dates.
- Complete an individual project with a plan, progress updates, and a final deliverable.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Communications.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- Comfort sharing observations and ideas with the team.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Naples, Florida.
- The internship runs from January 2027 through April 2027.
- This is an on-site, paid role requiring 20-30 hours per week.
