About the role#
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse (SNAP) for the Ortho Unit at the Florence hospital. This is a PRN position that offers hands-on experience in a clinical environment. You will work under the direction of an RN or LPN to support patient care.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist patients with their daily living activities.
- Provide for the personal care and comfort of patients.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment for your assigned patients.
What you'll need#
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in good standing at an accredited nursing program.
- Successful completion of your first clinical rotation.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Basic skills in math and computer use.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- You must not be listed on the Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry.
