About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Bremen, Indiana. You will work on-site to bridge the gap between your academic studies and professional work. You will manage an assigned project from start to finish, including building a timeline, providing progress updates, and presenting your final results at the summer project expo.
What you'll do#
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and turnover metrics to find trends in satisfaction and retention.
- Gather feedback from employees through surveys and informal conversations.
- Create reports and presentations to summarize your findings and recommendations.
- Help develop and implement new employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
- Track the progress of retention strategies and report on their effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or Business Administration.
