About the role#
The Human Resources Training Intern will support our training team while gaining insight into the infrastructure and business operations at Plexus. This role focuses on maintaining training standards and supporting the development of our team members.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration to track progress and maintain data accuracy.
- Monitor training processes to ensure compliance with company work instructions and procedures.
- Review and update training materials to keep documentation current and accurate.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create content for new processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with senior team members to facilitate training sessions.
- Draft internal communications to support global training initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Human Resources or a related field for the entire duration of the internship.
- Junior level academic status.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
