About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern at Panduit, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. You will work directly with our HR team to support talent management, recruitment, and organizational development. This role provides an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world tasks while working alongside professionals in the field.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment activities and support employee onboarding processes.
- Update and maintain employee records and databases.
- Help with employee relations tasks and contribute to the development of HR policies.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, events, and maintaining files.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Your expected graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Please note that we do not offer work visa sponsorship.
