About the role#
This internship supports the Integrated Marketing team across Southwire business segments, including Energy, Industrial, and OEM. You will work on strategic marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and account-based marketing programs to help strengthen our market presence. The role involves a project-based assignment where you will develop a timeline and progress updates, culminating in a presentation at a senior leadership expo at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across energy, industrial, and OEM segments.
- Assist in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key customer accounts.
- Extract, compile, and analyze campaign performance data to build dashboards and reports.
- Create marketing content, sales enablement materials, and digital assets.
- Help plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and customer events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product management, sales, and digital teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
