About the role#
As an Events and Experience Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits, employee conferences, and strategic engagement activities. This role involves working with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to deliver professional experiences that strengthen customer relationships. You will receive an assigned project at the start of the summer to work on throughout your internship, culminating in a presentation at a senior leadership expo.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning customer experiences, including agenda development and briefing materials.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and registration.
- Support the execution of conferences and events, including setup and breakdown.
- Maintain event documentation and customer experience content libraries.
- Collect and analyze event metrics and survey data to prepare impact reports.
- Conduct research to help create personalized experiences for customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
