About the role#
This is a 4-month co-op opportunity based at our corporate office in Stellarton. You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising by supporting our retail and wholesale teams. This role involves maintaining accurate site and customer information while working alongside our Retail Enablement, Finance, and Operations departments.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain site and customer master information while following established policies.
- Monitor data for errors, report issues, and ensure integrity across all systems.
- Enter and update information accurately to meet service level agreements.
- Investigate data discrepancies to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
- Retrieve data and provide insights based on specific business or customer needs.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly to maintain customer confidence.
- Collaborate with team members to support shared objectives and deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Commerce, Finance, or related program.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, including functions like lookups and data organization.
- An eye for detail and the ability to notice when data does not add up.
- A proactive approach to investigating issues and finding solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams to keep projects moving.
