About the role#
The Pharmacy Student role provides a progressive learning experience in all aspects of pharmacy operations, administration, and customer care. You will receive training to support your development toward becoming a licensed Pharmacist while contributing to daily pharmacy activities.
What you'll do#
- Provide superior customer service to pharmacy patients.
- Perform prescription assembly and data entry.
- Process customer transactions, including receiving and releasing prescriptions.
- Promote all Profile programs.
- Assist with compounding and pill pack assembly.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, and drug order creation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Pharmacy program from a recognized institution.
- Previous pharmacy experience.
- Above average communication skills in both oral and written formats.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently.
