About the role#
The Pharmacy Student role provides a progressive learning experience in all aspects of pharmacy operations. You will support the pharmacy team while gaining practical training in administration, professional services, and customer care.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service to patients and pharmacy clients.
- Perform prescription assembly and data entry tasks.
- Process customer transactions and manage the receiving and releasing of prescriptions.
- Promote all pharmacy Profile programs.
- Assist with compounding and pill pack assembly.
- Manage administrative tasks including answering phones, filing prescriptions, and replenishing supplies.
- Create and receive drug orders while maintaining company standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Pharmacy program at a recognized institution.
- Previous pharmacy experience.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed in meeting deadlines.
