About the role#
This is a 4-month co-op position based in our Halifax office. You will join the Retail Media team to support the creation and execution of campaigns for our supplier partners. This role focuses on operational efficiency, campaign quality, and client support.
What you'll do#
- Support Account Strategists, Account Specialists, and Media Planners in executing retail media campaigns across onsite and offsite channels.
- Help analyze campaign results and contribute to performance recaps and presentations.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and campaign calendars.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, merchandising, and analytics, to gather inputs and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Conduct competitive research to stay updated on retail media and digital advertising trends.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and team initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- An analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude and a curiosity to learn about retail media, digital marketing, and eCommerce.
