About the role#
Shoppers Drug Mart is hiring a Pharmacy Intern for our location in Montreal. This is a paid, part-time position designed to provide hands-on experience for future pharmacists. You will work in a community pharmacy setting, learning the daily operations of a retail pharmacy while supporting our patients and team.
What you'll do#
- Welcome all customers as they enter the pharmacy.
- Provide pharmacy and customer service support.
- Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management.
- Maintain high visibility so you are clearly identifiable to the public.
- Learn about the evolving roles of community pharmacists.
- Improve your communication skills with patients, colleagues, and other health professionals.
- Expand your knowledge of over-the-counter products, disease management, and medication therapies.
- Develop the skills needed to advise patients and manage a retail pharmacy.
What you'll need#
- You must be a future pharmacist.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a community pharmacy environment.

- Location: 4720 Rue Jarry Est, Montreal, Quebec.
- Schedule: Part-time with flexible shifts.
- Compensation: $25.20 to $32.75 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
- Work modality: On-site.
