About the role#
This position offers practical, real-world experience for students pursuing a career in pharmacy. You will work in a community pharmacy setting to learn about the expanding roles of a pharmacist while supporting the delivery of health, beauty, and convenience services to the local community.
What you'll do#
- Provide an exceptional experience for pharmacy customers and assist them at every step.
- Acknowledge all customers who approach the pharmacy counter.
- Ensure all privacy requirements, including customer confidentiality and consent management, are strictly met.
- Remain clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Learn about over-the-counter products, disease state management, drug therapy, and patient counseling.
- Develop the skills necessary to manage a retail pharmacy environment.
- Enhance communication skills through interactions with patients, staff, and other healthcare workers.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a relevant program such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work in a community pharmacy setting.

- Location: 1500 Ste-Catherine Ouest, Montreal, Quebec.
- Role type: Part-time, on-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Pay range: $25.20 to $32.75 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
