About the role#

This position provides practical experience for students pursuing a career in pharmacy within a community setting. You will work in a retail environment designed to bridge the gap between academic studies and real-world practice, preparing you for success as a future pharmacist.

What you'll do#

• Deliver health, beauty, and convenience services to the community.
• Provide an exceptional experience for pharmacy customers and assist them at every step.
• Acknowledge all customers who approach the pharmacy.
• Ensure all privacy requirements, including confidentiality and consent management, are strictly met.
• Maintain a professional presence and remain clearly identifiable to the public.
• Learn about over-the-counter (OTC) products, disease state management, drug therapy, and patient counseling.
• Develop skills necessary to manage a retail pharmacy, including communication with patients, staff, and other health care professionals.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in a relevant program such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration.
• A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work in a community pharmacy setting.

• Location: 1500 Ste-Catherine Ouest, Montreal, QC.
• Type: Part-time, on-site.
• Pay: $25.20 - $32.75 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
