About the role#
The Velocity Program at Tangerine offers a customized internship experience designed to provide development tools and career growth. This role focuses on client solutions and product operations. You will work within a collaborative team to support various bank initiatives and gain exposure to internal operations.
What you'll do#
- Partner with stakeholders across the bank, including contact centers, internal operations teams, and clients.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to address client-related issues.
- Develop and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Define project scope and success metrics for various initiatives.
- Collaborate on projects involving chatbot and IVR systems.
- Support team-wide initiatives as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, such as Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and prepare reports.
- Capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- SQL knowledge is preferred but not required.
