About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the Canadian Banking division to support strategy development and project execution. You will assist in solving business problems through research, analysis, and the creation of strategic recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Support strategy development and advisory work at both the enterprise and business line levels.
- Conduct research and perform analysis to draw actionable insights.
- Track project efforts and establish KPI reporting.
- Provide performance updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Complete impact and gap analyses for ongoing projects.
- Consolidate input from various business partners.
- Create presentation decks based on established guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary education program.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- An analytical mindset and self-motivation.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities such as clubs, competitions, or conferences.
- A desire to work for an international organization.
