About the role#
As an Early Talent Programs and Strategy Co-op, you will support the daily operations of the team. You will assist with Student Programming and Career Programs, providing administrative and technical support to People Leaders. This role requires you to work independently to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
What you'll do#
- Manage day-to-day coordinator activities.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to your assigned team.
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of student programming events.
- Collaborate with event specialists on communication and promotion strategies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Enrollment in Business Administration or a related field.
