About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will join our recruitment team to help identify talent and support the hiring process. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in either Montréal or Lévis.
What you'll do#
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate background checks and present offers to selected candidates.
- Manage candidate pools and reach out to passive candidates.
- Represent the company at outreach events and promote career opportunities within the Group.
- Provide advice and feedback to support employee development during the staffing process.
- Contribute to development projects focused on improving recruitment practices.
- Ensure all activities follow privacy and information security policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a College or Bachelor's program in administration, human resources, or industrial relations.
- The internship must be credited or certified by your educational institution as part of your diploma.
- Proficiency in French is required.
