About the role#
This internship focuses on the intersection of human resources and information technology. You will work within our team to manage HRIS solutions and support core HR functions. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Administer, configure, and optimize HRIS solutions for workforce management, recruitment, compensation, and onboarding.
- Analyze business needs to recommend improvements and participate in system implementation and integration projects.
- Produce HR reports, ensure data integrity, and support activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist HR Business Partners with engagement surveys, salary reviews, promotion processes, and talent management programs.
- Participate in labour relations meetings and projects.
- Support disciplinary processes and grievance management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of HR best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management.
- Strong interest in HRIS and HR process optimization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of an integrated HRIS is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and a structured work approach.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A positive, approachable attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
Location & details#
- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- Note: This role is open to current students only. Interns may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for work or training purposes.
