About the role#
Genesis Global Group is looking for a Human Resources Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is an unpaid, for-credit internship based on-site at our Hamilton Township, New Jersey office. You will work with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team to provide administrative support and help with day-to-day department tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting tasks like phone screens, interview scheduling, and sourcing candidates.
- Help with the new hire onboarding process and prepare onboarding materials.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with special projects and initiatives.
- Help organize company events, including requesting raffle prize donations for the annual holiday party.
- Handle other related administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college as a Human Resources or related major.
- The internship must be accepted for academic credit by your school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- A professional presence during in-person and phone interactions.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- A dependable and reliable work ethic.

- This is an on-site position. You must report to the office every workday.
