About the role#
Genesis Global Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is an unpaid, credit-based internship that requires you to work on-site at our Hamilton Township, New Jersey office. You will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and work under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Manager.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruiting tasks, including phone screens, scheduling interviews, and sourcing for open positions.
- Support the new hire onboarding process by preparing necessary materials.
- Help with special projects and initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and request raffle prize donations for the annual holiday party.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college, pursuing a major in Human Resources or a similar field.
- Ability to receive academic credit for this internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- A professional and polished demeanor during in-person and phone interactions.
- Reliability and dependability in a work environment.
