About the role#
As an intern for University Partnerships and Talent Strategy, you will help connect our organization with the academic community. You will support the development of talent pipelines and help coordinate initiatives that bridge the gap between students and the aerospace industry. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Strengthen our employer brand through campus activities, events, and creative content.
- Coordinate university programs such as conferences, technical panels, mentorships, and research projects.
- Manage scholarship administration and support the deployment of initiatives at target universities.
- Conduct research on academic programs and emerging talent trends.
- Maintain workplans, calendars, and project trackers.
- Prepare presentations and support strategic meetings with internal teams.
- Consolidate data to track performance indicators and produce recommendations for future talent needs.
- Gather information from stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program in business administration, human resources, industrial relations, marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on tasks rigorously.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- An interest in aerospace, education, or talent attraction.
- A collaborative mindset and the initiative to build professional relationships.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Eligibility: This role is open to current students only. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required.
