About the role#
This internship provides experience with manufacturing processes and procedures. You will work from our corporate headquarters in Spring Grove, Illinois, during the Summer of 2027. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Learn the production certification review and creation process.
- Work with Quality and IT teams to improve and automate ERP processes.
- Gain exposure to PPAP and First Article processes.
- Review and align training documentation and procedures.
- Update internal procedures by gathering and documenting tribal knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Rising Junior status or higher by the start of the internship.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a 90-day head hair drug test.
