About the role#
The Field Engineer Intern will assist superintendents with daily operations on construction sites. This role focuses on gaining practical experience in job-site coordination, project documentation, and site safety.
What you'll do#
- Support superintendents with daily project duties.
- Manage project document flow and assist in scheduling processes.
- Participate in quality control and safety standard maintenance.
- Develop a first-hand understanding of how construction sites are coordinated.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of three months.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and architectural or engineering drawings.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
