About the role#
As a Project Engineer Intern, you will assist the project team in completing designated projects. This role focuses on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and company business policies. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with the completion of assigned projects.
- Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
- Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, management, or a closely related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of three months.
- General knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural and engineering drawings.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour.
