About the role#
As a Project Engineer Intern, you will work with our project teams to complete designated assignments. This role focuses on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and internal business policies. We offer opportunities during the summer, fall, and winter of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
- Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
- Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, management, or a closely related field.
- You are within 18 months of graduation.
- You can work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
- You have general knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
- You can perform mathematical calculations.
- You can read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural or engineering drawings.
- You communicate clearly in both oral and written forms.
