High School Service Intern

About the role#

This internship provides high school students with paid, hands-on experience in the heavy equipment industry. The program allows students to work at a dealership during school breaks, summers, or after class, gaining exposure to the parts, sales, and service departments.

What you'll do#

• Shadow and assist technicians with equipment repairs.
• Support operations within the parts department and showroom.
• Perform building and yard maintenance tasks, including equipment cleaning.
• Participate in company-sponsored training and team meetings.
• Maintain a professional image and provide quality customer service.

What you'll need#

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to maintain an acceptable attendance record.

• Location: McKinney, Texas.
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $18 – $19 per hour.
