About the role#
This internship provides high school students with paid, hands-on experience in the heavy equipment industry. The program allows students to work at a dealership during school breaks, summers, or after class, gaining exposure to the parts, sales, and service departments.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and assist technicians with equipment repairs.
- Support operations within the parts department and showroom.
- Perform building and yard maintenance tasks, including equipment cleaning.
- Participate in company-sponsored training and team meetings.
- Maintain a professional image and provide quality customer service.
What you'll need#
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to maintain an acceptable attendance record.

- Compensation: $18 – $19 per hour.
