Sales Intern

About the role#

This paid internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the machinery manufacturing industry. Interns work alongside sales, service, and parts teams at the Hermiston, Oregon location to provide solutions to local agricultural customers. The program includes a structured training course designed to build a foundation in equipment sales, with the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.

What you'll do#

• Rotate through various dealership departments to understand daily workflows and the importance of teamwork.
• Develop sales skills, including relationship building, product knowledge, and inventory management.
• Learn to navigate company systems, processes, and CRM platforms.
• Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training.
• Maintain a professional image, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to a positive team environment.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Agriculture.
• A self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• A customer-first attitude and a commitment to professional service.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office tools, and CRM software.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
