About the role#
This position focuses on client-facing service and problem-solving within a branch environment. You will act as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients with their everyday banking needs and identifying opportunities to provide further advice or referrals. The role requires a focus on building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through direct interaction.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients throughout the branch and the community to identify banking needs.
- Educate clients on banking tools and demonstrate how to use digital platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with financial transactions.
- Take ownership of resolving client banking issues.
- Collaborate with partners to manage business opportunities and referrals.
What you'll need#
- A strong focus on putting clients first and experience in sales environments.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to build professional relationships.
- Digital literacy across devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
- A proven record of building rapport with clients.
- Availability to work all business hours.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
