About the role#
This position focuses on client-centered service and problem-solving within our branch. You will act as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients manage their everyday banking needs and connecting them with specialists when necessary. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction and loyalty by creating helpful, memorable interactions.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients throughout the branch and the local community to identify banking needs.
- Provide advice and help clients with a full range of financial transactions.
- Educate clients on our digital tools and demonstrate how to use them effectively.
- Take ownership of client issues by resolving current problems and preventing future ones.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to identify and act on business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A strong focus on putting clients first and a history of success in sales environments.
- Ability to solve problems and build rapport with people.
- Digital literacy across devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
- Experience in the financial or service industry is preferred.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

- Location: Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time (15 hours per week).
