About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality organization. You will work with the Program Management Office, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance teams to support procurement tasks. This is a full-time, hybrid position for Summer 2027 based in McKinney, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Place or support purchase orders with low to medium dollar levels and complexity.
- Manage supplier relationships, development, and performance.
- Prepare solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ.
- Analyze quotations and proposals using price and cost analysis techniques.
- Track and drive performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- You must be actively enrolled through the end of the internship.
- You must have at least 60 credit hours by the start of the program.
- Experience with supply chain processes, tools, and Microsoft Office is required.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this role.
