About the role#
As an Operations Program Management Intern, you will support the OPM team by planning and managing projects focused on the analysis, design, and development of Program Dashboard solutions. You will work across various organizational levels to drive technological improvements and ensure data visibility across Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain Program Dashboards using Power BI, macros, databases, and software applications.
- Propose creative solutions to improve dashboard development within the industrialization organization.
- Create common data-sharing platforms to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead training sessions and presentations to introduce new tools to team members.
- Influence technological changes for both legacy and new programs.
- Assist the OPM team with various ongoing tasks and projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Current studies in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new challenges.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Experience with database design, OOP programming, SQL, VBA, Power BI (DAX), Windows PowerShell, or project management is considered an asset.
- Ability to gather requirements and influence stakeholders.
Location & details#
- Location: 1000 Blvd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site, 5 days per week.
- Internship Term: January 5, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Requirements: Candidates must pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary clearances for handling controlled goods.
