About the role#
This internship focuses on capturing, organizing, and documenting technical manufacturing knowledge. You will work directly with Manufacturing Analysts and Engineers to convert their expertise into training resources, including documents, videos, and technical drawings. This role provides an opportunity to support manufacturing specialists during supplier transitions and contribute to project-based comparative studies.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and perform comparative studies for parts involved in resourcing activities.
- Create training materials such as videos, drawings, and documentation.
- Assist manufacturing specialists with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Support the validation of quality reports during supplier transitions.
- Perform side-by-side comparisons for transition projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuit of a degree in mechanical, aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil, Quebec.
- Working knowledge of English to interpret technical plans, drawings, and instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in manufacturing, metrology, or machining.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain controlled goods clearances.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
