About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain technical knowledge of aircraft turbine engines. You will focus on in-service performance, proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and solution development. You will work within a team, interacting with various departments and engine service centers to integrate data and identify trends. The role also includes administrative support, such as preparing presentations and gathering data.
What you'll do#
- Support Customer Engineers in resolving technical issues.
- Analyze business aviation engine reliability data, including hours, operating cycles, event symptoms, and root causes.
- Study the impact of technical improvements on in-service engines to observe long-term fleet effects and plan maintenance capacity.
- Analyze costs and technical causes associated with warranty claims to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Contribute to the improvement and standardization of business aircraft engine maintenance manuals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Pursuit of studies in mechanical, electrical, software, physics, industrial, or aerospace engineering.
- Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring work from Monday to Friday.
