About the role#
This internship focuses on manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement. You will promote the CORE tools of our improvement system and guide implementation initiatives within our Longueuil Manufacturing Center. Your work will involve organizing work areas, establishing manufacturing standards, and supporting the production team. You will work within a team focused on achieving specific objectives on highly visible projects.
What you'll do#
- Support hourly employees in using CORE tools through regular weekly meetings.
- Guide continuous improvement initiatives defined in the annual plan.
- Reinforce our culture of improvement through daily training, communication, and workshops.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university for the duration of the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- This is a paid position.
