About the role#
Join the Global Chemical Regulations Office for a Winter 2027 internship. You will work within a multidisciplinary team tasked with identifying regulatory risks and ensuring operational compliance. This role offers exposure to specialized chemical regulations within the aerospace sector. You will operate under the supervision of the office manager and are expected to work with independence and initiative.
What you'll do#
- Manage the annual supplier substance declaration campaign.
- Coordinate the planning, preparation, and execution of the organization's booth at the P&WC Supplier Forum.
- Support activities related to customer substance declarations.
- Assist with data gathering and entry into internal systems.
- Write communications regarding chemical regulation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Pursuit of a degree in administration, chemical engineering, materials engineering, aerospace engineering, chemistry, or environmental studies.
- Proficiency in English to read and understand specialized instructions, technical terms, and communicate with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5, 2027, to April 23, 2027, with a possible extension to June 11, 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- This is a paid internship.
