About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work within a manufacturing environment in Longueuil, Quebec. You will join a multidisciplinary team to support technical training initiatives and process improvements. The role runs from January 5, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the integration of the CORE continuous improvement system into training processes.
- Manage factory employee competencies using the Poka digital platform.
- Collaborate with managers and the factory workforce to deploy Poka.
- Participate in improving business processes related to work organization.
- Develop new skills by working alongside teams across various hierarchical levels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil.
- Proficiency in English to read and understand specialized instructions, technical terms, and international documentation.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and clearance for handling controlled goods.

- Work modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23).
