About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work as a COOP Supervisor at our Saint-Hubert facility. You will support daily operations in a manufacturing environment while gaining hands-on experience in leadership and project management. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage employees within a unionized environment, including task assignment and day-to-day operational support.
- Apply collective agreement rules and act as a primary resource for your department.
- Oversee health and safety compliance to ensure a secure workplace.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, environment, and facility layout.
- Develop and deploy strategies aimed at reducing non-quality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university in Engineering, Human Resources, or Operations and Production Management.
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Mastery of basic office software, specifically Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site, five days a week.

- Location: 7007 Chemin de la Savane, Saint-Hubert, QC.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 to 15:00.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Note: Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and obtaining necessary clearances for handling controlled goods.
