About the role#
The Commercial Engine Production Chief Organization is seeking interns for Summer 2027. This role supports the alignment of Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain plans to meet program milestones. You will work within one of our four branches: 17/24K, 30K, Mature Commercial Engines, or Customer Strategy and Product Cost. This position requires U.S. citizenship.
What you'll do#
- Support cross-functional alignment, industrial risk identification, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Gather and analyze data to support operational decision-making.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Utilize software tools including SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
- Develop and maintain databases and dashboards.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to refine key processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous internship, co-op, or work experience at RTX is preferred.
