About the role#
As an Engineering Intern for RF Systems, you will join a team focused on systems development, integration, and testing. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will gain hands-on experience through training and direct involvement in project lifecycles.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering activities including integration, testing, modeling, and simulation.
- Perform requirements analysis and process data from ground and flight tests.
- Document your analysis results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in key project processes such as peer reviews, gate reviews, and test readiness reviews.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in a STEM field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering).
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Experience troubleshooting technical software or hardware issues.
- Proficiency in creating analysis tools or automating data sets.
- Scripting experience using MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, or Unix.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, with an active and existing clearance required after your first day.
