About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for the Summer and Fall 2027 terms. You will work on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role requires U.S. citizenship. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including systems, software, mechanical, environmental, and manufacturing teams, to meet product requirements.
What you'll do#
- Design, analyze, simulate, and test Circuit Card Assemblies for Avionics Computers, including processors, FPGAs, memory, and high-speed interfaces.
- Perform schematic capture of digital and analog mixed-signal electrical circuit designs.
- Operate lab equipment to conduct integration testing on hardware designs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Electrical Engineering, continuing through the end of the co-op session.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Familiarity with electronic circuit design and multi-assembly system design.
- Ability to obtain experience through coursework, projects, or research.
