About the role#
This internship supports the customer engineering team in preparing for the entry into service of new engine programs. You will gain direct insight into engine development and the processes required to introduce new products to the market. The role involves working across various internal groups, requiring you to build professional relationships and develop independent solutions to improve team efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Manage Line Maintenance and Overhaul tools required for new engine programs.
- Track tooling costs and budgets.
- Maintain and update tool lists from design through manufacturing and revisions.
- Validate new tooling and document all revisions.
- Assist in documenting Engine Maintenance Manual (EMM) validation instructions.
- Track EMM data modules as they are released in preliminary manuals.
- Support the validation of engine test requests for maintenance manual instructions, including repairs, compressor washes, and engine preservation.
- Perform data mining and develop PowerBI and Excel macros to optimize workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil, Quebec.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in French and functional knowledge of English to read and understand technical instructions, plans, drawings, and specialized terminology.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
