About the role#
This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to human resources operations within an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will work on various projects and tasks, supporting the team in areas such as talent development, compensation analysis, succession planning, and training programs. This role is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees across the organization.
- Provide support in the application of the collective agreement.
- Manage procedures for grievances, investigations, and the drafting of disciplinary measures.
- Ensure the implementation of HR processes.
- Participate in the development and improvement of human resources management tools.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the duration of the internship.
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Fluency in French.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, to handle technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: This position is exclusively on-site, Monday to Friday.
