About the role#
GROWMARK, Inc. is hiring a Recruiting Analytics & Operations Intern to join our team in Bloomington, Illinois. This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling start date. You will work on-site at our headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Support our recruiting analytics functions.
- Assist with daily recruiting operations.
- Engage in cooperative agricultural business tasks.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Agricultural Business, or Management Information Systems.
- You must be able to pass a job-related background check.
- You must be able to pass a drug test.
- You must be able to pass a motor vehicle report.
