About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position running from January through August 2027. You will work with a Contracts and Business team to support military and commercial aerospace programs. This role requires U.S. citizenship to access program information. The position is hybrid, with onsite time determined by your team leader.
What you'll do#
- Solve aerospace contract issues alongside the business team.
- Research, analyze, and create a database of contract terms.
- Draft standard work and customer proposals for returned material.
- Maintain and organize contract documentation.
- Ensure all work follows Import and Export Compliance requirements.
- Learn to disseminate customer contractual requirements throughout the organization.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Advanced degree program in Business, English, Pre-law, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the co-op.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Enrollment in school through the end of the co-op session.
- Preference is given to candidates with a Master's degree or Juris Doctor, advanced Excel skills, financial experience, or prior experience in the aerospace industry.
