About the role#
The Summer Associate Program in Compliance is a 10-week internship designed to provide hands-on experience within the financial services industry. You will work within an assigned business entity to support compliance efforts, gain exposure to regulatory requirements, and contribute to the firm's commitment to integrity and client service. This is a full-time, paid position that offers a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide support and guidance for compliance efforts within an assigned business unit.
- Assist in overseeing compliance programs to ensure processes align with business goals.
- Research compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
- Make rule-based and analytical decisions while evaluating regulatory and business risks.
- Work independently on assigned projects and tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Legal Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Sophomore or junior standing with a graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
