About the role#
The Technology Internship Program is a full-time, paid summer experience for students interested in how technology powers financial services. You will join either the Prudential or PGIM technology teams to work on projects that solve business challenges, improve user experiences, and support digital transformation. This program offers exposure to various technology pathways including software engineering, data analytics, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity. Your specific placement depends on business needs, your interests, and interview outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze information and identify trends to help solve complex business challenges.
- Support the design, development, testing, or enhancement of applications and platforms.
- Contribute to automation, innovation, and digital transformation efforts.
- Present your ideas, analyses, and project recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in mentorship, networking, and professional development programming.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to evaluate information and solve problems through coursework or projects.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
- Interest in technology, data, analytics, or digital solutions.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Finance.
- Note: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
